Job Description
We are hiring Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to manage and grow a portfolio of D2C brands on our platform. The role involves complete ownership of business performance, including planning, pricing, promotions, and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage a group of brands within the D2C portfolio and take end-to-end ownership.
Plan selection, inventory, pricing, and promotions to drive topline and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and brands.
Drive category performance through vendor management, pricing, and sale optimization.
Liaise with marketing, pricing, and supply chain teams for business alignment.
Conduct regular data analysis and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.
Work on onboarding new vendors and scaling existing ones.
Manage P&L, catalog health, visibility metrics, and commercial negotiations.
Prepare MIS and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Category Management, or Program Management.
Graduate (Post-Graduation or MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
E-commerce or D2C industry experience preferred.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
CTC : ₹12–13 LPA (Depending on experience and fit)
