Online Business Manager / Virtual Assistant (Individual Contributor)

Work Mode : Remote (Work from Home – own laptop & stable internet required)
Work Hours : Monday to Friday | US Shift (IST timing between 6 : 30 PM – 6 : 30 AM)
Role Overview : This is a remote Individual Contributor role supporting US-based clients with day-to-day business operations. The work involves administrative, coordination, and operational support across multiple functions. This is not a sales role .
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary by client but typically include :
- Managing inboxes and calendars
- Conducting primary and secondary research
- Creating travel itineraries and handling bookings
- Data analysis and reporting
- Project coordination and task tracking
- CRM updates and management
- Sales operations support (lead generation, documentation, follow-ups)
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of full-time professional experience (Freelance / internships not considered)Willingness to commit for a minimum of 12 months (contractual)Preferred Backgrounds : Customer Service, Operations, Admin, Project Mgmt, Business Support, etc.Excellent spoken and written English (International exposure preferred)Must have own remote work setup : ( laptop / desktop, high-speed internet & Headset)Compensation
Salary : Up to ₹85,000 per month (CTC approx. 10 LPA) (Based on previous package & experience)Other Information
