Shell Recharge Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards !
As our Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, you will collaborate closely with our People Leadership Team to help manage our total rewards programs to help retain and attract top quality talent. You will be responsible for analyzing our compensation and benefits programs to ensure equity, market competitiveness, and compliance of our company's total rewards philosophy. As a member of our People Team, you will be an advocate for our values and strive to achieve the highest level of customer service to those we serve. You will leverage your analytical and tactical skills to provide guidance and support our People Team and employees within all levels of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage total rewards and benefits programs including health, ancillary, and other voluntary plans, including time off programs
- Manage the analysis of employee merit and bonus programs; participate in compensation and benefit surveys
- Partner with Finance to help support enterprise KPI management
- Oversee all enrollment activities for all benefit programs including managing and coordinating annual open enrollment events
- Provide compensation and benefits support, education, and guidance to leadership, People Partners, and other People Team members as needed
- Manage and maintain relationships with compensation and benefits consultants and vendors
- Partner with appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate filings and plan audits
- Regularly auditing employees' benefits and rewards information for data integrity
- Review contracts, plan documents, and communication materials for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct ongoing research into market trends and best practices regarding benefit plan designs and compensation practices
- Assist with implementation and deployment of new compensation and benefits programs; make recommendations for strategic total rewards plans
- Assist in creating and managing well-being activities and programs
- Ensure regular regulatory compliance of rewards program and offerings
Basic Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum 5 years of direct experience in compensation and benefits, with strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid command of PowerPoint and Outlook; able to analyze and interpret large data sets.Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects with quality, speed, and flexibility.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking, with a structured, calm approach to complex or unforeseen issues.Able to think strategically while executing operationally to meet deadlines and business objectives.Demonstrates passion and commitment to sustainability, health, safety, and responsible operations.Preferred Job Knowledge, Experience
Experience supporting a hybrid or remote workforce is ideal.Understanding of and knowledge of employment laws and practices in India & Singapore.Previous experience in Technology, SaaS, or Electric Vehicle industry preferred.What We Offer
