We take pride in our culture of innovation and collaboration that drives us to deliver exceptional benefits to our clients every day.We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle DBA to lead the administration, optimization, and security of our Oracle database landscape, including mission-critical systems supporting enterprise applications like SAP. This role requires deep Oracle expertise, along with exposure to SAP Basis-related database administration to support SAP environments running on Oracle.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Oracle database technologies, high availability architecture, and hands-on experience with SAP-Oracle integration or collaboration with SAP Basis teams.Key Responsibilities : - Administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot multiple Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c, 21c) in production, development, and QA environments.- Perform installations, upgrades, patching, and migrations (including platform and cross-version migrations).- Optimize database performance using AWR, ASH, OEM, and advanced tuning techniques.- Manage high availability and disaster recovery configurations using Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and GoldenGate.- Implement and test robust backup / recovery strategies using RMAN and / or third-party tools.- Automate administrative tasks and reporting using shell scripting, PL / SQL, or Python.- Collaborate with SAP Basis team to support SAP systems using Oracle, including performance tuning and backup coordination.- Ensure database compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards (SOX, ISO, etc.).- Participate in capacity planning, infrastructure scaling, and cloud database strategy (OCI, AWS RDS, etc.).- Lead database initiatives such as cloud adoption, consolidation, and disaster recovery planning.- Provide 24x7 support for critical systems and assist in root cause analysis for database-related incidents.Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 6+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA in large-scale, enterprise-grade environments.- Strong hands-on expertise in : - Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and RMAN- Performance tuning (SQL, instance-level)- Backup / recovery and storage management- Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring and diagnostics- Solid understanding of Linux / Unix environments, scripting, and automation.- Experience in both on-prem and cloud-based Oracle DB setups.- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure CloudDesirable / Preferred Qualifications : - SAP environment experience : - Familiarity with SAP systems using Oracle (ECC, BW, PI, etc.)- Working knowledge of how Oracle integrates with SAP NetWeaver architecture- Ability to support SAP Basis teams in database-related operations (e.g., BR
