Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the main point of contact for clients after the sale, ensuring smooth on boarding and service delivery.
- Manage and maintain client data in the CRM system accurately and up to date.
- Track and follow up on client requests, feedback, and service issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, sales) to ensure timely resolution of client queries.
- Generate periodic reports and insights from CRM for management to track client engagement and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal, and coordinate with sales teams.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
- Assist in developing CRM processes and best practices for improved efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.2–5 years of experience in post-sales, CRM, customer success, or account management roles.Strong knowledge of CRM tools and database management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).Skills Required
