Construction Planning Engineer

Job Title : Planning and Estimation Engineer (High-Rise Residential Projects)

Location : Vapi / Silvassa, Gujarat

Experience : Minimum 5 years in Real Estate industry, Experience in High Rise building preferred

Qualification : B.E. in Civil Engineering

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 :

The position is responsible for project planning, scheduling and tracking of the project on a periodic basis through weekly and monthly progress reports based on inputs from the HOD Engineering.

𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 :

• 1. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 : Align drawings, materials, manpower, and contractors with schedule baselines and milestones;

coordinate with internal departments for execution readiness.

2. 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Share approved schedules with site teams, highlight critical paths, and verify actual progress through site visits and lead / lag analysis.

track drawing receipts,material requests, and maintain stage-wise tracing reports with revision logs.

support estimation and cash flow forecasting with accurate data inputs.

assist in manpower planning and ensure adequacy to meet project timelines.

develop detailed cost projections and review BBS.

7. 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿 & 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 : Evaluate vendor quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and support procurement negotiations using current market rates.

8. 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 : Monitor project budgets, update forecasts based on scope changes, and maintain inflation-adjusted cost databases.

9. 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : Collaborate with design, execution, procurement, and finance teams to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals.

10. 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 : Identify potential cost variances, maintain historical data, and implement mitigation strategies for financial control.
