Qualification

BE Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation
MBA will be additional bonus
If qualification is Diploma, then add 2 to 3 more years to experience required
Note : Exceptional candidates with export sales experience in industrial products may be considered even without a formal engineering degree

Job Description / Responsibilities

Generate and manage enquiries from OEMs, End Users, EPCs, and Consultants

Conduct discussions with customers to understand application requirements and positioning of our Control Valve solutions

Coordinate with the Application Engineering Team to ensure timely and accurate submission of techno-commercial proposals

Follow-up on submitted offers, and convert enquiries into orders

Lead price negotiations with customers, while maintaining profitability and ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies

Monitor and manage the enquiry-to-order pipeline, ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and follow-up strategy

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat business and long-term engagement

Visit customer sites as required for discussions, product positioning, or technical meetings

Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team
