Key Responsibilities : -
1. Sales & Business Growth
Drive revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all assigned stores.
Identify business opportunities and execute local strategies to maximize sales.
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, footfall, ATV (average transaction value), and ASP (average selling price).
2. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, motivate, and mentor Store Managers and their teams to deliver results.
Train team members on sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
Build a performance-driven culture with recognition, rewards, and accountability.
3. Operations & Process Excellence
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards.
Monitor shrinkage, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
Regularly review store audits and operational checklists.
4. Customer Experience
Drive superior customer service standards across all stores.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure quick resolution.
Strengthen customer loyalty programs and engagement activities.
5. Market & Competition Analysis
Track competitor activities, promotions, and market trends.
Provide insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
