We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to lead TLC implementation projects and deliver exceptional business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement workshops with stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Clinical, IT).
- Design functional solutions for D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform.
- Configure core CRM entities : Quotes, Products, Price Lists, Appointments, Cases.
- Document end-to-end business processes for Quoting, Pricing, and Booking.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) and validate technical feasibility.
- Support SIT, coordinate UAT, and assist with training & change management.
- Act as the primary liaison for business requirement clarifications.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service) implementations.Expertise in Quotation, Pricing, Case Management processes.Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse).Strong knowledge of CRM integrations (preferably healthcare domain).Skilled in creating BRDs, FDDs, user stories in Agile environments.Familiarity with Azure AD B2C, security roles, and data governance.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Preferred
Healthcare CRM or patient journey automation experience.Worked in global delivery model (India–UK).Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-230).
