Little Kickers is an international football program for toddlers and kids aged 18 months to 5 years. Present in over 35 countries including the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, Spain, and South Africa, Little Kickers is known for being a fun and enjoyable place to work. The program delights children, satisfies parents, and is adored by coaches.

Role Description

1. Working with kids aged 18 months - 5 years

2. Working with the Head Coach to regularly improve your level of coaching

3. Assisting the lead coach in taking sessions

4. Ensuring the kids are actively participating in the games

5. Observing and learning how the lead coach takes sessions

6. Speaking to the parents about their child's performance

7. Starting to lead sessions once you're ready

8. Assisting / Leading 1 to 2 sessions per day (duration of each session will be 1 hour) between 5 to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of football
• Great communication skills
• Being very expressive and animated
• Good level of fitness
• General interest in working with young kids
