About this Role : The Payroll Analyst – Global role plays a critical role in having analytical and strategic oversight of payroll processes. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing through data analysis, reporting, and system optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of payroll regulations and systems
What You’ll Do :
- Responsible for reviewing, balancing, and processing accurate and on-time AOR payments
- Reconcile AOR payment discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Ensure data integrity through audits and YTD / QTD checks
- Collaborate with Legal on country specific regulations to ensure compliance such as pay rate, pay calculations, GTS, and taxes
- Support process improvements and system upgrades
- Responsible for monthly reporting to track GST thresholds
- Responsible for updating pay structures as GST thresholds have been met
- Responsible for ensuring completion and accuracy of GST information on worker profiles
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Accounting to optimize payroll systems
- Maintain contractor invoices and reconcile GST calculations
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate payroll records for compliance and audit purposes
- Filing 26Q and generating Form 16 A

3-5 years of payroll experience.Attentiveness to detail and ability to handle detail work in a timely manner.Strong work ethic, team player, and high degree of professionalism.Customer service experience.Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve.Ability to work with confidential information.Strong organization skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task.Advanced Excel and data analysis skillsStrong understanding of payroll systems and tax lawsExperience with payroll software
