Role Overview :

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Admissions Counsellor

to manage and drive student enrolments for our Regular Degree Programs. This is a result-oriented role that requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to build strong student relationships, and a proactive approach to meeting enrolment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students on Regular Degree Programs, admission processes, and career opportunities.

Follow up on student inquiries and leads generated through various channels.

Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment goal assigned by the management.

Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students to convert inquiries into enrolments.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with program promotions.

Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and student preferences.

Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on lead performance and goal achievements.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.

Experience :

2–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales.

Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

Personality Traits :

Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Adaptable to a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
