Job Description :

FalconX is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantitative Trader to join our dynamic team. As a Quantitative Trader, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our trading capabilities in both OTC and electronic derivatives trading. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, experience working with large datasets, and team-minded approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the derivatives trading business in both OTC and electronic derivatives trading
• Interact with large institutional clients to facilitate high-touch OTC derivatives trading
• Contribute to all aspects of the trading desk activities including client relationship management, risk management, post-trade analysis, and position reconciliation
• Propose & implement process improvements and automation solutions
• Directly build new trading tools to support process improvement and strategy development
• Play a key role in managing derivatives book risk and optimizing trading strategies
