Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru / Gurugram for a Mobile App Automation Tester (iOS and Android). The tester will be responsible for performing quality assurance tasks, including manual testing and creating test cases Android and IOS devices . Day-to-day tasks include conducting API testing, designing and executing automated test scripts, and collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for iOS mobile applications.

Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

Maintain and enhance automation frameworks using tools like XCUITest, Appium, or EarlGrey.

Perform regression, smoke testing for every app release.

Debug and troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes, and report defects clearly.

Review manual test cases and convert them into automated scripts wherever applicable.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.

Skills in Quality Assurance and Test Engineering

Experience in Manual Testing and creating Test Cases

Proficiency in API Testing

Automation testing skills, including the design and execution of automated test scripts

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance are a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in mobile app testing (iOS focus)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Experience in Quality Assurance and QA Automation

Proficiency in creating and maintaining Test Cases

Skilled in Manual Testing and Software Testing

Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus
