Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive, located in Rohini. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Daily tasks involve developing recruiting strategies, enhancing employer branding, and conducting IT recruitment. The role requires maintaining effective communication with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities :

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Bulk Recruitment
• Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability for positions.
• Conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Create and post job descriptions on appropriate job boards, social media, and company website.
• Present job offers to selected candidates, including compensation details and benefits packages.
