Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support TEC’s functions and local market operations. You will partner closely with hiring managers, local HR Managers, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience aligned with TEC’s strategic goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment : Manage full-cycle recruitment for HQ roles and support overseas hiring when required, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Talent Sourcing : Utilise a mix of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to build strong candidate pipelines.
Process Improvement : Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
Market Intelligence : Stay informed on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity across the APAC region.
Compliance & Reporting : Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies; maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in agency recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven success in recruiting for corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Marketing, IT, Legal).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors.
Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.
Fluency in English.
