Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Indore. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales pipelines, presenting products to potential clients, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with the marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including developing and maintaining customer relationships and managing sales pipelines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer service experience, including addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the textiles or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
