Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day site operations and monitor project progress.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Interpret and review technical drawings and plans.

Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and communicate updates to management.

Assist in resolving technical issues and providing on-site solutions.

Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment.

Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed on-site.

Attend site meetings and provide input on construction methodologies.

Perform site inspections and quality assurance checks.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.

Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Working Conditions :

Primarily site-based with occasional office work.

May require extended hours or weekend work based on project deadlines.

Exposure to outdoor environments and construction hazards (PPE provided).
