About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Change Management Leader to join our ISPL Operations Change Management, CIB-ITO team in Bangalore. This role will focus on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and project excellence to support Client Engagement, Protection, and Global Markets business lines.

What You’ll Do

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Operations.

Lead large-scale projects : workflow analysis, bottleneck identification, process re-design.

Act as a Lean & Project Management SME – coach teams on Lean practices and company standards.

Report on progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.

Partner with stakeholders across business lines to enable automation, efficiency & transparency.

Promote a culture of change, innovation, and problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For

• ️ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory)
• ️ Strong track record in Lean / project improvement initiatives
• ️ 12+ years’ experience in change management / process excellence roles
• ️ Excellent stakeholder management, communication & presentation skills
• ️ Experience in Banking / Financial Services (preferred, not mandatory)
