Role Description

The Customer Service Specialist will be crucial in expanding our enrollments. You will be responsible for performing day-to-day sales and parent engagement tasks, focusing on promoting Lyfskills' product and service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle all incoming communications (customer queries / contacts) efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times and service level agreements are met
  • Convert trials to sales by making outbound closure calls
  • Convert inbound leads into sales by effectively pitching product and service
  • Manage and respond promptly to all prospective parent inquiries
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the initial enrollment process
  • Manage program renewals by proactively reaching out to existing parents to secure continued enrollment
  • Handle account management for enrolled students, serving as the primary post-sale contact to nurture long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For :

  • 1+ year of experience in Customer service (Phone, Chat & Tickets)
  • Must be able to evidence experience within a customer service environment either working face to face with customers or Call Centre based
  • Ability to evaluate and define customer needs
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Articulate Communicator

    Excellent Listening Skills

    Excellent Telephone Manner

  • Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer need.
  • Ability to manage multiple queries, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
  • High energy, resilience, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Prior experience in the education industry is a plus
