Role Description

The Customer Service Specialist will be crucial in expanding our enrollments. You will be responsible for performing day-to-day sales and parent engagement tasks, focusing on promoting Lyfskills' product and service.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle all incoming communications (customer queries / contacts) efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times and service level agreements are met

Convert trials to sales by making outbound closure calls

Convert inbound leads into sales by effectively pitching product and service

Manage and respond promptly to all prospective parent inquiries

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the initial enrollment process

Manage program renewals by proactively reaching out to existing parents to secure continued enrollment

Handle account management for enrolled students, serving as the primary post-sale contact to nurture long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For :

1+ year of experience in Customer service (Phone, Chat & Tickets)

Must be able to evidence experience within a customer service environment either working face to face with customers or Call Centre based

Ability to evaluate and define customer needs

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and negotiate.

Articulate Communicator

Excellent Listening Skills

Excellent Telephone Manner

Active listener with flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer need.

Ability to manage multiple queries, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.

High energy, resilience, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Prior experience in the education industry is a plus
