Job description

Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, trial balance preparation, and financial statement generation adhering to Indian and International accounting standards (IFRS).

Cost Accounting & Budgeting

  • Analyze cost centers, manage expense tracking, and prepare budgets and forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.

    • Taxation & Compliance

  • Handle corporate and income tax calculations, filing of returns, TDS compliance, GST processing including e-invoicing, and maintain records to ensure adherence to tax regulations.

    • Payroll & Statutory Management

  • Administer payroll processing, provident fund, ESI, professional tax, and other statutory deductions ensuring timely and accurate compliance.

    • Audit & Internal Controls

  • Support internal and external audits by preparing audit documentation, ensuring compliance with audit standards, and assisting in risk management.

    • Banking & Reconciliation

  • Manage bank transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and oversee accounts receivable and payable processes.

    • Accounting Software & Tools

  • Utilize ERP systems such as SAP FICO, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and Sage 50 for accounting automation, reporting, and analytics.

    • International Accounting Practices

  • Apply knowledge of foreign accounting standards, multi-currency transactions, Gulf VAT, and cross-border taxation to support global finance operations.

    • Data Analysis & MIS Reporting

  • Prepare management information system (MIS) reports using MS Excel, including pivot tables, financial modeling, and predictive analysis to aid strategic decisions.

    • Professional Communication & Documentation

  • Prepare accurate financial reports, invoices, and correspondence while maintaining high standards of documentation and record-keeping.

    • AI-Integrated Accounting Tools

  • Leverage AI-powered accounting and finance tools to automate routine tasks, enhance data accuracy, and improve efficiency.
