Job Title : Assistant Manager – Sales & Outreach
Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our team and lead our Admission
Growth and Generate a revenue to the Organization Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing a
team of approximately 20 members and will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to drive
admissions growth and increase revenue for the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Awareness of Distance Learning : AM should be knowledgeable about distance learning courses and
universities offering them.
Coordination with Universities : Essential to maintain up-to-date information and coordinate with
universities.
Realistic and Achievable Targets : Set targets for the team that are realistic and achievable and Identify
opportunities to optimize revenue streams, such as upselling existing products / services, developing new
revenue-generating initiatives, and exploring strategic partnerships.
Strong Leadership : Provide clear expectations, goals, and objectives to guide the team.
Motivation and Inspiration : Inspire team members to perform at their best and achieve targets.
Mentorship and Guidance : Support team members' professional growth and career advancement through
mentorship.
Performance Monitoring : Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, evaluate outcomes,
and adjust as necessary to meet or exceed targets
Promotion of Problem-Solving Culture : Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the
team, encouraging creativity, experimentation, and learning from successes and failures.
Promoting a Learning Culture : Foster a culture of learning and encourage knowledge sharing within the
team.Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in any field
Proven experience in a Assistant Manager role within the EdTech industry, with a track record of successfully
driving admissions growth and revenue generation.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve
excellence.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
across departments and levels.
Knowledge of EdTech industry trends, technologies, and best practices is highly desirable.
The Assistant Manager must have experience with DLP and knowledgeable about all Universities that offer
Distance Learning Programs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
