Objective :
To support the People & Culture team in daily HR operations, employee engagement activities, data management, and talent processes while gaining exposure to end-to-end HR functions in a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals and campus drives.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain interview tracker.
- Support onboarding documentation and induction sessions.
- Prepare and maintain employee joining kits.
2. Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing employee engagement events, birthdays, and celebrations.Record participation and prepare event feedback reports.Support in creating internal newsletters or notice board content.3. HR Operations
Maintain and update employee database in Excel / HRMS.Track attendance, leaves, and shift rosters.Assist in preparing ID cards, certificates, and letters (experience, internship, etc.).4. Performance & Training
Support in scheduling training sessions and maintaining attendance records.Update appraisal and feedback sheets as per HOD inputs.Track completion of mandatory training.5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain employee files (digital & physical).Assist in preparing monthly HR reports (attendance, headcount, attrition).Support internal HR audits and compliance checklists.Skills Required :
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.Enthusiasm to learn and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Educational Qualification :
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's in HR, Management, or Hospitality.Learning Opportunities :
