Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow, for a Cluster Head at Spice Money. As a Cluster Head, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and growing the extensive network of Spice Money Adhikaris within your region. Daily tasks will include overseeing operations, setting strategic goals, ensuring the effective implementation of services, and driving engagement and productivity among the network. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and maintain new business partnerships while providing proactive support and training to Adhikaris to achieve key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in Team Leadership, Operation Management, and Regional Cluster Development
• Familiarity with Financial Services, Digital Payment Systems, and Rural Market Operations
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Analytical Thinking, and Project Execution
• Effective Communication, Relationship Management, and Collaborative Skills
• Outstanding ability to drive performance metrics, achieve targets, and generate innovative solutions
• Prior experience in a leadership role managing teams across regions is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Rural Development, or a related field (MBA preferred)
