We’re now rebuilding our GTM engine — and this role is at the core of it.
Role Summary
We’re hiring a Product & GTM Marketer who can take our products to market with clarity, velocity, and creativity. This is not a passive “content” or “SEO-only” role — you’ll work directly with the CEO to shape how we position our offerings, redesign our website, launch features, and build inbound GTM engines.

What You’ll Own Positioning & Messaging
Convert product features into compelling positioning
Create messaging guides by persona (EBs, Principals, Parents, Teachers)
Own narrative for new offerings (e.g. “Smart Onboarding”, “Parent360”, “ERP for Colleges”)
Website & LP Overhaul
Lead complete website rewrite aligned to new vision
Build landing pages per offering and persona
Work with design / dev to execute WordPress build
Go-to-Market Execution
Plan and run new product / feature launches
Create demo flows, sales collateral, pitch decks, explainer content
Build case studies, customer stories, and proof points
SEO & Content Flywheel
Set up content strategy to rank for high-intent K-12 / college keywords
Manage blog cadence, glossary, and content clusters
Collaborate with freelance writers if needed
Lead Gen & Funnel Strategy
Work with external performance agency (or freelancers)
Guide campaign messaging, targeting, LP flow
Monitor conversion metrics, lead quality, funnel drop-offs
You’ll Work Closely With :
CEO – for narrative, ICP, launch strategy, growth loops
Product Manager (Likith) – for feature clarity, GTM timelines
Designer – for LP design, demos, UX storytelling
Sales Team – to translate value into outbound hooks
✅ Must-Have Skills
3–7 years in B2B SaaS or Product Marketing
Proven experience in :
Writing crisp messaging
Launching features
Building landing pages
Collaborating with product / design
Ability to write — short-form copy, long-form SEO, demo scripts
Strong sense of ownership and execution
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on startup environment
Bonus if You Have
Experience marketing to schools, colleges, or SMBs
Past exposure to Webflow, SEO tools, HubSpot, Google Analytics
Built marketing at a sub-₹50 Cr ARR SaaS company
