The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, process data, and ensure a high level of accuracy and professionalism in every task. Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound / outbound calls, chats, or emails to assist customers with their queries or service requests. Manage customer interactions effectively while maintaining service quality and response time. Perform back-office tasks such as data processing, documentation, and reporting for voice process). Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when required. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems. Ensure adherence to company policies, SLAs, and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (graduates and freshers welcome). 0–2 years of experience in BPO, KPO, customer service, or related roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Good typing speed and computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools). Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
