Relationship Officer

Job Description :

We are seeking a Relationship Officer with experience in secured loans, including LAP (Loan Against Property) and Home Loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing leads, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through multiple sourcing channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source leads for secured loans through open market channels, direct sourcing, and connector networks.
• Assess client eligibility and ensure compliance with internal credit policies and lending guidelines.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships, from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Conduct financial assessments and verify client documentation for secured loan applications.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan application progress.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring quality of service.
