Key Responsibilities :
- Design and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and marketplaces such as Amazon and others.
- Drive and optimize performance based on key metrics including ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), COS (Advertising Cost of Sale), TACOS (Total ACOS), Organic Search Rank, Indexed GVs (Generic Keywords), Ad Sales Contribution, Branded Keyword performance, and Ads Share of Voice (SoV)
- Collaborate with SEO / content teams to boost organic discoverability and keyword rankings.
- Build and maintain acquisition funnels targeting B2B buyer personas (procurement heads, distributors, SMEs).
- Run continuous A / B tests across creatives, copy, targeting, and channels.
- Own reporting, dashboards, and insights for making campaign data actionable and transparent.
- Stay updated with ad tech changes, B2B marketplace dynamics, and competitor strategies.
Good to have :
Prior 3-10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in B2B, online retail, or digital marketplaces.Deep understanding of search, display, retargeting, and programmatic campaigns.Track record of improving performance across ROAS, ACOS, and conversion rates.Familiarity with platforms / tools like Google Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.Show more
