Job description% of colleges onboarded on time. Compliance accuracy with NCET / education regulations. Satisfaction and renewal rates of college partners. Quality and timeliness of reporting. 6 to 10 years in operations / project management, preferably in higher education. Strong knowledge of education delivery processes. Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management. MBA / PG in Operations / Education Management preferred. Leadership role in higher education operations. Exposure to national B.Ed partnerships.

We are hiring a Manager – B.Ed Operations to ensure smooth execution of contracts with B.Ed
colleges. This role requires strong project management and delivery oversight, ensuring
onboarding, compliance, and reporting for college partnerships.
Location : Noida
Key Accountability & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations for B.Ed college contracts.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of colleges.
- Coordinate with academics, product, and finance teams for delivery.
- Prepare compliance and impact reports for stakeholders.
- Supervise an Associate handling coordination and documentation.
- Optimize processes and ensure timely delivery.
