Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager – Human Resource and Organization Development to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and strengthen our people and culture function.
This role will ensure that our people systems, policies, and culture continue to support a motivated, high-performing, and purpose-driven workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle
Oversee the full employee life cycle – recruitment to exit.
Ensure effective HR systems and policies are implemented and followed.
Maintain HR data and ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
2. Talent Acquisition
Lead strategic and timely hiring across departments.
Strengthen the employer brand to attract passionate professionals.
Build partnerships with institutions, networks, and agencies for talent sourcing.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive engagement initiatives that nurture inclusion, belonging, and purpose.
Facilitate regular check-ins, recognition, and communication channels.
Conduct surveys and act on feedback to continuously enhance the workplace experience.
4. Learning & Development
Identify learning needs and design effective development programs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning through internal and external capacity building.
Track impact of L&D initiatives through measurable outcomes.
5. Performance & Growth
Manage the performance management system to ensure fairness and accountability.
Support managers in coaching and feedback conversations.
Align performance goals with SwitchON’s mission and strategy.
6. Organizational Development & Culture Building
Strengthen structures, systems, and people processes for scale and sustainability.
Support change management and leadership development initiatives.
Partner with leadership to build a future-ready, motivated workforce.
Job Requirement
MBA in HR from a reputed institution.
Proven track record in HR operations and employee engagement.
Experience in talent management and organizational development.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent coordination, project management, and time management.
Up-to-date understanding of HR systems and L&D practices.
Proficiency in English and Hindi,
Bengali preferred.
Compensation
₹7-9 Lakh CTC (based on experience and proficiency) + official travel reimbursements as per organizational policy.
Reporting To : Executive Director
Travel : Occasional visits to project locations for HR coordination and audits.
