Senior Software Engineer - Backend Development

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend / mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal Skills :
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience working with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and caching solutions (Redis, etc.).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Good understanding of CI / CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging to Have :
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
