Job Description

Procurement and Accounts Payable :

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing, terms, and quality.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and resolve any supplier issues or disputes if any.
• Verify, and reconcile vendor invoices against purchase orders, receiving documentation and process the same to Finance with all supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
• Maintain and update the approved supplier / vendor database and purchasing records.

General & Administrative

Skills & Experience

Liaison with govt bodies : To coordinate with government agencies time to time.

(Noida Authority, Jal Nigam, UPPCL, PCB etc.)
