Manager, Product Management Pre-case Management and Platform Support

Job descriptionLead discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to understand pain points regulatory requirements and technical constraints. Define product requirements including functional non-functional and compliance needs. Develop high-level product architecture and user flows in collaboration with Technology and Architecture teams. Own and manage the product backlog ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Partner with engineering to deliver features via Agile methodologies (SAFe / Scrum). Facilitate grooming sessions sprint planning demos and retrospectives. Oversee user acceptance testing go-to-market readiness and post-launch performance tracking. Provide technical support for the Visa Direct Platform and associated business applications ensuring clients can operate platform services efficiently and without disruption. Serve as a technical subject matter expert assisting internal and external users with troubleshooting configuration guidance and product-related inquiries. Monitor and resolve support tickets analyze recurring issues and contribute to building a centralized support framework to streamline intake and resolution processes across multiple applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers program owners and engineering teams to implement solutions that enhance reliability and performance within Visas payment ecosystem. Support risk management applications ensuring operational continuity and proactively addressing technical challenges to minimize downtime and service interruptions. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (sales operations risk compliance marketing) and external clients. Deliver clear impactful communications to audiences ranging from developers to executives. Represent Visa Direct in client conversations industry events and cross-functional working groups. Ensure Visa Direct solutions meet Visas performance scalability and security standards. Monitor KPIs and OKRs to measure adoption revenue impact and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis customer feedback and market insights. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field. 6 years of experience in product management preferably in payments faster payments or financial technology. Experience in product and application support is preferred. Proven track record of delivering innovative customer-focused products from concept to launch. Strong knowledge of payment flows cross-border transactions and real-time payment systems . Experience with Agile development methodologies . Safe or Scrum certification preferred. Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA Jira Align and Figma. Proficiency in Generative AI and Agentic AI tools and applications is a big plus. Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical skills experience using data to drive product decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities.
Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic execution-focused Product Manager to join our Visa Direct Digital Transformation team. This role will drive the design delivery and continuous optimization of high-impact Visa Direct and ERP solutions from concept through launch and scale. You will be responsible for translating business opportunities into technical solutions partnering across Visas global ecosystem to bring innovative scalable and compliant real-time payment experiences to market.
The ideal candidate will have deep product management experience a strong understanding of faster payments and cross-border money movement proven ability to influence across business technology and regional teams and experience of Product and Application Support processes.

Strategic Leadership
- Shape and execute the Visa Direct and Pre-case product vision in alignment with Visas digital transformation strategy.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and use cases for both Visa Direct and native Pre-case ensuring solutions are competitive compliant and scalable.
- Collaborate with regional product and sales teams to drive global adoption and market penetration.
