Role : Healthcare AI Fellow (Engineering)

Type : Full-time Contract, 6 months (clear path to permanent AI Engineer role based on performance)

What You'll Do :

Rapidly design, build, and refine multi-agent, LLM-driven AI pipelines

Develop unique evaluation frameworks and tooling, shaping the entire engineering team's approach

Engage daily in collaborative problem-solving with clinicians, data architects, and seasoned ML engineers

Must-have :

Advanced Python and expert proficiency in at least one major ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)

Proven track record rapidly deploying robust, production-grade AI solutions

Demonstrated high agency, rapid iteration capability, and ownership of outcomes

Nice-to-have :

Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, or agent orchestration

Familiarity with healthcare standards and constraints (training provided)

Success in Six Months :

Launch production-grade, multi-agent AI solutions directly impacting healthcare providers globally

Establish reusable technical assets that become integral to iksa.ai’s operational frameworks

Deliver clear improvements in model accuracy, scalability, and reliability
