As a Responsible AI Engineer, you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the design, evaluation, and governance of AI systems. You will ensure that AI solutions adhere to ethical, responsible, and sustainable practices. The role requires strong advisory and influencing skills, as youll collaborate across multiple teams, set frameworks, and drive compliance through assessments, audits, and mitigation strategies

Key Responsibilities :

Assess AI systems against predefined thresholds for ethical, responsible, and sustainable practices.
Design and implement technology mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with responsible AI standards.
Develop, refine, and operationalize responsible AI frameworks across business functions.
Conduct audits and assessments to monitor AI system compliance with ethical guidelines.
Provide expert advisory support to cross-functional teams and influence decision-making on responsible AI.
Collaborate with stakeholders to embed responsible AI practices in product development lifecycles.
Drive scalable solutions to ensure ethical practices across multiple teams and projects.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Proven expertise in Responsible AI principles and implementation.

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms (linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, clustering).

Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Proficiency in data quality management, including cleaning, transformation, and normalization.

Minimum 12-15 years of professional experience, with demonstrated leadership in AI Skills :

Exposure to AI governance frameworks and global compliance standards.

Experience collaborating in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare).

Familiarity with bias detection and explainable AI tools.

Thought leadership in Responsible AI (e.g., publications, conference participation).

Behavioral Competencies :

Strong advisory and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in complex environments.

Problem-solving mindset with scalable, practical solutions.
