Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RF Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the development of Power Amplifiers (PAs), Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), and Front-End Module (FEM) Integrated Circuits (ICs). This role involves designing, simulating, testing, and optimizing RF circuits.
Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and layout RF circuits including PAs, LNAs, and FEM ICs ( for X / Ku / Ka / E-Bands).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications, develop designs, and resolve technical issues.
- Optimize RF circuit performance for power efficiency, noise figure, linearity, and bandwidth.
- Conduct electromagnetic simulations and analysis to ensure design integrity and performance.
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures for RF circuits and modules.
- Troubleshoot and debug RF circuit issues and provide solutions.
- Perform RF measurements and characterization using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other RF test equipment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of RF design methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.8-10 years of experience in RF circuit design, specifically in PAs, LNAs, and FEM IC development.Strong understanding of RF circuit theory, transmission lines, and impedance matching.Proficiency in using RF simulation tools such as ADS, Microwave Office, or similar.Experience with RF measurement techniques and test equipment.Knowledge of semiconductor devices ( GaN / GaAs / SiGe) and processes used in RF IC fabrication.Location
