About the Role :

Chandigarh University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver effective sales training programs for new hires and existing sales staff.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Assess training needs by collaborating with sales managers and monitoring sales performance metrics.
• Update training materials to keep pace with industry trends, new products, and sales strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Support sales teams in achieving targets through continuous skill development.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate sales training with overall organizational goals.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
