About the Role :

ValueLabs is hiring a passionate BDM / BDE to drive outbound sales for IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data, and Custom Software Development across Middle East (UAE / KSA) and APAC (Malaysia / Singapore).

Key Responsibilities :

• Outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach
• Build and manage a strong qualified pipeline
• Identify and generate opportunities in UAE / KSA + APAC
• Conduct discovery & qualification calls
• Meet monthly KPIs for activities and pipeline growth
• Maintain CRM data and follow-up cadence
