Job Title : Manager - City Media

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, driven, and well-networked Media Sales Professionals to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in direct client acquisition , media agency coordination , and a deep understanding of multi-platform advertising solutions. This individual will be responsible for revenue generation across platforms including Outdoor Media, Radio, Digital, In-Movie Branding, and Co-Branding Initiatives .

Key Responsibilities

Build strategic working relationship with existing clients to tap the business opportunities

Strive for innovative ideas to provide customized solutions to client

Track the innovative solutions being provided in the out of home industry and ideate with the team to create offerings for the clients

Understand the requirements of a brand and create the suitable opportunities

Negotiate with the clients to get the best deal

Complete the operational work on time(i.e., from deal closure to ensuring the invoice reaches the client)

Minimize the turn-around time

Instruct the operations team to do the mounting as per the client’s requirements

Review the advertising site and inform the client about the same by sending the snapshots to them and seek their approval

Updatethe clients about any new sites

Communicate about any new development or innovation happening at the airport to the clients

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in media sales, preferably across both agency and direct client roles.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive media environment.

Strong understanding of multi-channel advertising strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently, own targets, and manage accounts end-to-end.

An MBA degree with specialization in sales / marketing is preferable
