About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI / ML Engineer with 5- 8 years of experience in Predictive ML, Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI / ML models, along with a passion for solving complex business problems.

In this role, you will :

• Build AI / ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning algorithms.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting research on the latest AI / ML advancements.
• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, fostering innovation and technical Responsibilities :
• Architect and implement ML, DL, and LLM models for real-world business challenges.
• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and apply prompt engineering techniques.
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using embeddings and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.).
• Work with Agentic AI frameworks (Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agentforce, etc.) to build intelligent agents.
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), leveraging their GenAI services.
• Design and deploy scalable AI / ML solutions for production environments.
• Perform data extraction, SQL scripting, and ETL pipeline design for large-scale datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable AI / ML : Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science, or a related field.
