Sourcing Executive [Immediate Start]

A Sourcing executive identifies, evaluates, and secures new real estate opportunities for a company. They conduct market research, build relationships with brokers and developers, negotiate contracts, and work with sales and marketing teams to ensure a pipeline of potential deals.

Required skills and experience :

• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in real estate sourcing, which may include residential and commercial properties.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools.
• The ability to work closely with senior leadership and sales teams.
