DRO Operator

We are seeking a skilled DRO Milling Machine Operator to operate and maintain

milling machines equipped with Digital Readout (DRO) systems. The candidate

should have hands-on experience with manual milling operations, ability to read

technical drawings, and a strong focus on precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

 Operate DRO milling machines to machine parts as per technical drawings.

 Set up workpieces, tools, and fixtures on the machine.

 Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality.

 Measure and inspect parts using precision instruments (e.g., vernier,

micrometer, height gauge).

 Adjust machine settings and offsets as needed.

 Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

 Report any machine issues or deviations to the supervisor.

Requirements :

 Experience operating manual milling machines with DRO systems.

 Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

 Basic knowledge of tooling and machining processes.

 Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality standards.

 Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

•  ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering (preferred).
