VTL Operator

Job Description

• Operate vertical turret lathes for shaping metal pieces by turning, facing, drilling, and boring.
• Arrange tools and lathe attachments specific to the workpiece and job specifications.
• Set speeds and feeds correctly to optimize cutting efficiency and surface finish.
• Conduct frequent measurements to ensure dimensional accuracy of machined parts.
• Maintain machine upkeep including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
• Adhere strictly to safety and quality assurance protocols.
• Working Hours : 8 hours + 4 hours OT
