Position Summary
The HRIS Implementation Specialist - Compensation is responsible for configuring, migrating, and optimizing compensation management modules. The role ensures accurate setup of pay structures, merit processes, and incentive programs aligned with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure compensation elements, salary structures, grades, and ranges.
- Migrate compensation data and validate accuracy across pay components.
- Support merit and bonus cycles by managing configuration and testing.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to align system setup with compensation strategy.
- Create and maintain documentation for compensation workflows and approval processes.
- Generate analytical reports and dashboards for compensation planning.
Qualifications
3–5 years of HRIS or HCM / Compensation implementation experience (Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, etc.)Knowledge of compensation principles, pay structures, and market benchmarking.Proficiency in data migration, validation, and reporting.Preferred Skills
HRIS or relevant system experience.Experience in HR transformation or global HCM deployments.Skills Required
