We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant (ONB 1.0 & 2.0) with a strong understanding of recruitment and new hire processes. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0 integrating with Recruitment Management and Employee Central. You will work closely with business and technical teams to enhance the onboarding journey and ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
Qualification :
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field with a minimum of 36 years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 / 2.0. SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding is an added advantage.
Your future duties and responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
Implement and support Onboarding 1.0 and 2.0 modules.
Configure onboarding process steps notifications and compliance forms.
Integrate with Recruitment Management and Employee Central modules.
Troubleshoot onboarding issues and improve process efficiency.
Coordinate with business stakeholders for onboarding automation.
Must-Have Skills :
Hands-on experience in ONB 1.0 & 2.0 configuration.
Integration knowledge with RCM and EC.
Knowledge of data collection process triggers and role-based permissions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
Good-to-Have Skills :
Experience with Document Management Custom Panels and New Hire Data Mapping.
Certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding preferred.
