Practice Lead / Solutions Architect - 15+ years of professional experience in IT and automation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Architect role specializing in UiPath and Power Design and architect end-to-end RPA and Power Automate solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead a team of developers and automation experts to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business process requirements, identifying opportunities for automation.
• Hands-on development of automation workflows using UiPath and Power Automate.
• Implement testing strategies to validate the accuracy and reliability of automation solutions.
• Continuously optimize and improve existing automation processes.
• Maintain documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Address and resolve technical issues and concerns.
• Recommend enhancements or updates to existing systems.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive information.
• Build relationships with vendors and manage licenses and contracts.
• Reports on the progress and performance of automation projects to senior management.
• Nice to have AI exposure
• Experience with Python Development (Good to have)
