Security Analyst

Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience in security operations and implementation of WAF / Zero Trust / DNS platforms Strong hands-on experience with Cloudflare, or equivalent platforms like Radware Cloud WAF, F5 Distributed Cloud (XC), Akamai, Imperva, etc. Good exposure to Cloudflare Enterprise features : Custom WAF rules, Bot Management, API security, Secure Web Gateway, Access / ZTNA Solid understanding and working experience with ITSM tools and change request lifecycle in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations and incident handling for Cloudflare WAF, ZTNA, DNS, and associated services
- Deploy and configure WAF rules, custom security policies, rate limiting, bot protection, and access control
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application delivery, WAF false positives / negatives,ZTNA access flows, and DNS resolution
- Support implementation of security changes by adhering to change management processes and procedures
- Work within ITSM frameworks (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) for incident, change, and problem management
- Assist in onboarding new applications or clients onto Cloudflare or equivalent WAF / Zero Trust platforms
- Perform health checks, periodic audits, configuration reviews, and propose security enhancements
