Job Responsibilities

Lead advanced software development, testing, and deployment in both R and Python environments, utilizing tools such as :

R :

Python :

Architect scalable CI / CD pipelines with GitLab and containerization strategies ( Docker ).

Oversee package deployment and maintenance via Posit Workbench, Posit Connect, Posit Package Manager, GitLab PyPi, JFrog PyPi , and documentation with MKDocs .

Lead clinical data strategy, proactively communicate with the clients, aligning stakeholders and supporting innovation in data engineering and performance optimization.

Apply deep expertise in Snowflake SQL , data warehousing, and clinical domain knowledge (DCH products, Ocean SDTMv).

Foster an open-source culture and champion automation, collaboration, and process excellence.

Act as a Super User (mentors the SMEs) in tool usage, process improvements, and technical best practices.

Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations across diverse projects.

Participate code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
