About the Role

We are seeking

Node.js and TypeScript Backend Developers

to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building

RESTful APIs

and

microservices

in cloud-native environments. This role is highly technical and requires strong expertise in backend engineering, system design, and cloud-based deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable

REST APIs

and

microservices

using

Node.js and TypeScript .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-performance backend solutions.

Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices, testing, and reviews.

Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications in

AWS

using

Kubernetes

and

Docker .

Work with

GitHub

and

GitHub Actions

for version control, CI / CD pipelines, and automated deployments.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term solutions.

Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years

of backend development experience with

Node.js

and

TypeScript .

Proven expertise in designing and implementing

REST APIs .

Strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining

microservices architecture .

Proficiency in

AWS services

(EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).

Solid experience with

Kubernetes

and

Docker

for containerized application development and deployment.

Experience with

GitHub

workflows and

GitHub Actions

for CI / CD automation.

Solid understanding of software engineering best practices : testing, code reviews, and security.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice-to-Have

Knowledge of

GraphQL

or other API design paradigms.

Familiarity with

infrastructure as code

(Terraform, CloudFormation).
